Mike was great to work with from the initial contact through the sale, delivery, and installation of our hot tub. The entire staff is very professional and courteous. I will continue to use and recommend Waterworks in the future.
Dog friendly place - so don't feel shy about bringing in your dog. Large showroom inside with running hot tubs and display pools. Love my J-325 hut tub!
I begun inquiring with Waterworks about a pool in early to mid 2020. I Finally made the decision to purchase in 2021 and have no regrets. Their customer service is top notch and very professional. All of my calls and emails were always responded to. Michael was my contact and was excellent from beginning to end. He kept me informed about our install, equipment, etc. Install crew was great and they addressed all of our questions as new novice pool owners. I would highly recommend Waterworks. Keeping in mind our purchase was made during a pandemic, as a customer and a human in general you just have to been patient and wait for the install call and realize that there are a large number of customers wanting their own pool. Thank You Waterworks for a great job and being apart of a dream finally realized.
I dealt with Michael, Ethan, and Josia. What a great group of guys to work with. All were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The installation happened exactly when they said it would, and went very smoothly. If you are looking for a pool or spa, I highly recommend this business. You won't be disappointed.
This is our 5th summer working with the team at Waterworks. We stumbled upon them when our pool installer became unresponsive and we were at a loss for a proper water treatment plan. From the very beginning, the folks at Waterworks impressed us with their expertise, patience, and willingness to help (even though we were new customers). Since then, we've consistently had exceptional experiences. Their customer service is top-notch; friendly, respectful, and focused on making every customer feel like a priority. We highly recommend Waterworks!
We just had our hot tub installed last week and were very happy with the service from Waterworks. Michael DiGiovanni has been very helpful every step of the way.
