I begun inquiring with Waterworks about a pool in early to mid 2020. I Finally made the decision to purchase in 2021 and have no regrets. Their customer service is top notch and very professional. All of my calls and emails were always responded to. Michael was my contact and was excellent from beginning to end. He kept me informed about our install, equipment, etc. Install crew was great and they addressed all of our questions as new novice pool owners. I would highly recommend Waterworks. Keeping in mind our purchase was made during a pandemic, as a customer and a human in general you just have to been patient and wait for the install call and realize that there are a large number of customers wanting their own pool. WaterWorks Hot Tubs & Pools in Roanoke, Virginia are an excellent company that provides professional services. I was immediately impressed with their customer service upon entering the store. Everyone is very kind, warm, and friendly. Ethan the store manager, was very personable and gracious in helping us decide on the type of Hot Tub we wanted. We bought a BullFrog. This is our first hot tub and their knowledge of everything about what we wanted and needed was a great help in making our final decision. Delivery and setup of our hot tub by Brandon Brandon and the other gentleman was fantastic. Michael DiGiovanni came a day later and taught us how to use and take care of our new tub. He was simply, outstanding!! To know that he was sent to the Bullfrog factory to see how they were made and produced, shows the dedication WaterWorks of Roanoke has in their products and people. Mike shows us how to clean our tub, put chemicals in, check chemical balances, how every button works and so much more. His knowledge about our BullFrog was amazing. He even left us with a fact sheet on what to do and how to do it. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. No matter the question, he had an answer. Mike didn’t rush but stayed to ensure that my husband and I were comfortable with our new Hot Tub. It is easy to see that he loves his job and wants the customers to be happy and completely satisfied. Ethan and Mike both gave us their cards and encouraged us to call if we need anything. WaterWorks in Roanoke, Virginia is the only company I would recommend. They are excellent at what they do and they have the staff to prove it.

Another great place to get pool supplies. If you have an above ground pool they got you covered. Very nice staff and a wide selection of pool equipment and supplies. Awesome.

Recently I purchased a Jacuzzi brand hot tub from Waterworks. My dealings with Michael have been top notch from the first time I walked into the store, through phone calls and subsequent visits for assistance in proper operation of the spa. Everyone I have dealt with at Waterworks has been very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Michael and Josia in the showroom and Billy on delivery and a follow up visit have been perfect in getting my tub set up properly. I very seldom write reviews and have hesitated to write one until we finished the entire process with purchasing a pool from Waterworks. Now that we have gone from the sit down process to planning, breaking ground, delivery, concrete and now closing the pool for winter, we have to tell everyone that we couldn't be more satisfied and happy with our purchase!!!!! Ethan and all his crew were the most professional, respectful and helpful throughout the entire process. They continually explained the "next steps" and were very punctual and met all time lines each step of the process. Once the pool was open, the service continued with the great store staff in helping maintain the crystal clear water by preforming a water analysis for easy to understand and preform water maintenance. Last but not least, there were NO HIDDEN COST! The estimate that Ethan gave us from the beginning was exactly what it cost. Ours was actually a little less due to the fact that we came in under the sq ft estimate that we wanted for concrete. We love our pool and had a great summer! We truly appreciate everything and look forward to a long relationship with Waterworks! Job well done Ethan and Team!

Went into the store the beginning of February and worked with Mike. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in giving me options for my pool. I bought the top of the line 18’ round above ground pool. The entire experience was great. I also worked with Josia who was also knowledgeable and helpful with all of my follow up questions.
