I begun inquiring with Waterworks about a pool in early to mid 2020. I Finally made the decision to purchase in 2021 and have no regrets. Their customer service is top notch and very professional. All of my calls and emails were always responded to. Michael was my contact and was excellent from beginning to end. He kept me informed about our install, equipment, etc. Install crew was great and they addressed all of our questions as new novice pool owners. I would highly recommend Waterworks. Keeping in mind our purchase was made during a pandemic, as a customer and a human in general you just have to been patient and wait for the install call and realize that there are a large number of customers wanting their own pool.
